If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Please note: Variations in natural stone color, texture, or pattern are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items

- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased as part of a final sale
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Responsibility
To ensure clarity and fairness, return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
1. Returns Due to Product Issues (Our Responsibility)
If the return is a result of:

We will cover the return shipping cost, and no outbound shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

- Preference-based decisions (e.g. style, color, or size expectations)
- Ordering the wrong item
Then:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and
- A standard outbound shipping fee of USD 7.99 will be deducted from the refund amount to partially cover the original shipping and handling costs.
This fee is not a penalty, but a partial recovery of logistics expenses already incurred.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order after your return has been approved and processed.
